Our furnace went out on Thursday night Friday am I got a call from him saying he could be at the house in 30 minutes. That didn't work for me since I was working. But he met me at 4:30 on a Friday evening. He came back early first stop Monday and got our furnace working. He was fast professional and was not trying to upsell us. He was honest and explained how much longer the new motor will give us time wise. But he said when it is time to replace he will get us the non name brand carrier quality for less simply because it's not branded. Highly recommend will be using him again in the future”
